This is great ! Very imaginative musically using the first notes in “Carol of The Bells” and improvising from there. I love the dark feel and complementing deep and high vocals. Perfect for a holiday event in midwinter. Bravo !
Favorite track: Carol of the Witch.

Muscle and sinew atop post-punk bone, it combines a sense of weariness/resignation with vitality/resolve. Obviously, the tension of such opposite emotional affects makes for a dynamic listen. Haunting melodic lines, a woozy surprise of slide guitar and scuzzy leads, strong songwriting, delicate layering of textures, clean grounding bass lines that just feel good—these ten songs add up to a mature, mysterious, and subtle album that doesn't overstay its welcome and keeps you coming back for more. __kla
I love the attitude display in some of the songs, We Belong Nowhere, "But let's not get sentimental, The big dollar rules us all", & Bear Witness, "Citizens of a dying empire, Tell me, how lucky are we?" Classic tongue in cheek like that, earns my favor, looking at the state of our world and the corruption of those individuals... and the societies that put up with that bullshit. I really appreciate the genuine honesty.
Amazing record. Your brand of goth is refreshing.
